And so it begins .....
This blog, I mean. 

I've spent the last year or so trying to reinvent myself. Not knowing, of course, that the world would have a chance to join me. 
There's lots of talk online right now about "returning to normal" and the "new normal." The question is, does normal work?

What a chance we have to reinvent ourselves, our society. To focus on things that really matter.  To do things differently.  What if this pandemic is a wake up call? What if this is an opportunity to let the earth heal? 

I don't have any answers. What I do know is that people are stepping up and saying  "here I am" and "this is what I do. It's my identity. And I want to share with you." 

Creatives have flooded social media in what one scribe called "Quarantine's Got Talent."  Then there's the courage of the first responders. They lift us up and give us hope for a better "normal."

I have a head start. Working with new media, experimenting, working more intuitively. Searching for a "better normal." More on this next time.
